Do you guarantee journal acceptance?
No ethical service can control an independent editor or reviewer. We guarantee the ManuscriptRoute work and the continued support explicitly included in your route.
What is the 365-Day Publication Support Promise?
On eligible routes, a rejection does not close the case. We continue analysis, revision, retargeting, reformatting and resubmission support within the same manuscript’s scope during the support period.
Can you submit to another journal after rejection?
Yes, when included in the route. We reassess the target, reformat the manuscript, update the cover letter and prepare the next submission.
Can you answer reviewer comments?
We can help structure and edit point-by-point responses and manuscript revisions. Scientific facts and new evidence must come from the author.
Do you create references?
We can identify and format legitimate sources, but we do not fabricate references. Unverifiable citations are flagged.
Are publisher fees included?
No. APCs, journal fees, institutional charges and other third-party costs are separate unless explicitly stated.
