ManuscriptRoute uses three operational guarantees: workmanship, continuity and reference integrity. They are designed to give authors real protection without pretending to control independent journal decisions.
1 · Workmanship Guarantee
If a journal identifies a language, formatting or administrative submission defect that falls within work ManuscriptRoute completed, we correct the relevant in-scope defect without an additional professional fee.
2 · 365-Day No-Abandonment Promise
On eligible complete routes, rejection does not close the project. We continue the same manuscript through analysis, revision, retargeting and resubmission support during the support window.
3 · Reference Integrity Guarantee
We do not knowingly present an unverifiable citation as verified. Unconfirmed references are flagged for author action.
What no responsible service can guarantee
A journal’s acceptance decision, peer-review outcome, publication date, indexing decision or external publisher policy remains outside ManuscriptRoute’s control.
