Approve and resubmit
The author reviews personal declarations and author-controlled
changes before the revised package is returned to the journal.

Revision does not permit fabrication
Reviewer requests cannot be satisfied by inventing research
activity that never occurred. Missing information remains visible
until supplied by the author or supported by genuine evidence.

A rejection can begin a new route
When resubmission is appropriate, the manuscript can be transferred
to Motor 1 for renewed preparation, Motor 2 for a new five-journal
match, Motor 3 for a new submission package and Motor 3B for the next
official portal submission.
The $695 service covers one defined editorial or reviewer-response cycle.
New experiments, laboratory work, data collection, publisher charges,
APCs, taxes and third-party institutional fees are not included.
